Yoga Therapy combines the different tools of yoga to produce a practice that is specific to your individual health concerns. Focusing first on breath, and then on poses and movement flows, Yoga Therapy aims to help you manage pain and improve func-tion in both body and mind.
Group classes are offered in the following seasonal sessions:
Fall: September to December
Winter: January to April
Spring: April to June
The terms are progressive, and focus on differ-ent yogic tools and concepts [ie: the Bandhas, the Gunas, the Chakras, the Elements, Pranayama and the Panchamaya Model] at vari-ous times during the seasons.
Whether you are a new or an experienced yoga student, personal, one-on-one classes will provide you with a practice developed for your specific needs. If you are new to yoga, they are also an excellent introduction.
